nculwell This album is one of my great discoveries of 2024. The music is reminiscent of Helloween's Walls of Jericho, one of my favorite albums. What's really special about it, though, is the voice. The voice on this record will blow you away. So many of the vocal lines go longer and higher than you thought she could. I've watched all the Youtube videos of Letalis and I've seen they're fans of 80's speed metal: Megadeth, Metallica, Helloween. These are truly rockers after my own heart. Favorite track: Veneno de Escorpión.

My bad never heard of these Lyonnais before, and boy did I miss something. Starting with "Rubicon" and immediately I am hooked, it's grabbing and not letting you go, relentlessly captivating, also the vocals, it's high-pitched powerful female vocals, and it sounds full of energy, like the singer is about to have an aneurism, but not screaming either. The album continues with plenty of energetic hooks, riffs and that catchy rhythm that keeps you rocking (e.g. Ronde de Nuit). Putain c'est BON sashavonkarl74
